Liquid Fence is a spray-applied deer and rabbit repellant that safely and effectively repels these animals from your precious perennials and vegetables for many weeks.

Here at Green Living Made Easy, we built our home on 5 acres of woods and sited the home directly over a deer trail. It was wonderful to see the deer all the time, but the dinner bell rang long and often. Our prize hosta were being mowed to the ground by the dozens.

OK I guess you already know what we like about this product. There are some things we don't like about it....
This stuff stinks! Don't get in on your clothes and expect to go in the house. Yuck! The smell does fade quite quickly though. Usually after about 2 days you can barely detect any scent, even when walking in the garden.
It is quite expensive, especially if you have a lot of plants like we do. We treated about 800 good sized hosta and could do that with about 4 applications in a one gallon concentrate.
That's a little over $25.00 per application and probably about $150.00 per season. Not a tremendous amount of money for a big yard.
You have to clean your sprayer out religiously. This stuff will clog the sprayer very quickly and will really stink if you don't. So just make it a habit to thoroughly clean out the spray tank and nozzle after each application. (you do that anyway, don't you?). For a great Garden Sprayer, consider the Hudson #20192.
You have to apply regularly. Even going a few days too long will result in deer returning for a snack. We found that 3 weeks was about the top end you could expect from this product's effectiveness.
